Wholesale price list
At company´s demand and giving address and tax identity number (DIČ) information on wholesale prices will be sent.

Products packaging
Each product is wrapped into special paper and packaged into standard cartons.

Shipment
Glass Studio Agatha offers shipment by competent and reliable shippers to the place of delivery within the scope of service.

Shipment process inland and abroad
Shipment is ensured by post and by reliable private shippers.

Total delivery price including shipment costs
Total delivery price including packaging and shipment, and delivery term will be advised after delivery confirmation.
According to EXW Stará Voda delivery conditions and according to international regulations INCOTERMS 2000 shipment and insurance is payed by purchaser.

Payment conditions
We request advance payment 60% and additional 40% at delivery takeover or shipment when first order.

Production order
Every order is treated individually and we always try to keep our customers satisfied.

Notice
All offered products are available in different sizes and colour combinations.

Warranty and claim conditions
In case of damaged or broken delivery caused by manipulation or transport the company acknowledges claim within two workdays after delivery receiving.
The client sends photo documentation showing the damage per e-mail and after consulting it the damaged or broken products will be substituted or
the price excluding shipment costs will be recovered.
